WEBSITE TERMS

Terms and Conditions

Effective September 26, 2026 · RecommendMD

These terms explain how you may use this website and how inquiries are handled. Please read them before submitting a form.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RecommendMD website at recommendmd.com and any inquiry or booking forms linked from it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. A proposal, statement of work, or other signed agreement governs any services you purchase; these website terms do not replace it.

2. Who we serve

RecommendMD provides information about search visibility, answer engine optimization, search engine optimization, website content, measurement, and related marketing services for medical and wellness businesses. The website is intended for business inquiries. It does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment to patients.

3. Accuracy and permitted use

You may use the site for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or submit material you do not have the right to share. Please do not send patient records, protected health information, or other sensitive medical information through a general website form. Contact us first to arrange an appropriate channel if a project requires sensitive information.

4. No guaranteed search results

Examples, sample searches, dashboards, scores, and illustrations on this site explain our approach. They are not a promise of a particular ranking, AI answer, recommendation, lead volume, revenue, or clinical outcome. Search engines and AI platforms are independent third parties; their systems and results can change. Any specific deliverables, fees, timing, or performance commitments must be stated in a separate written agreement.

5. Healthcare marketing responsibility

Each client remains responsible for the accuracy of its services, provider credentials, locations, testimonials, advertising claims, and required professional or regulatory disclosures. We may request substantiation and approval before publishing client-supplied material. Our website content is general marketing information and is not legal, regulatory, or clinical advice.

6. Forms and communications

If you submit an inquiry or book a call, we may use the contact details you provide to respond and coordinate that request. Optional marketing email or text messages require any consent described next to the relevant form checkbox. The checkbox language, where used, identifies the message category and opt-out instructions; these website terms do not themselves grant permission to send marketing texts. You may use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or reply STOP to marketing texts, as applicable.

7. Intellectual property

The RecommendMD name, site design, copy, graphics, and other materials are owned by RecommendMD or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own internal evaluation, but may not republish, sell, or use our marks without prior written permission. Ownership and permitted use of work created for a client are addressed in that client’s written service agreement.

8. Third-party services and links

The site may link to booking providers, analytics, social platforms, and other third-party websites. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or decisions of independent third-party platforms.

9. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available, without warranties about uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RecommendMD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising solely from use of this informational website. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any allocation of risk for paid services belongs in the applicable written service agreement.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated website terms. For questions about these terms, contact RecommendMD through the inquiry or booking link on this site.
